Return Policy: Brastalia Ranch will only accept returns if the product remains in its original packaging and has not been opened , used or taken out of its original packaging.  Any additional cost of freight is on behalf of the person seeking the return. Reason behind return must be honest and legitimate. All returns are subject to prior approval of Brastalia Ranch.

Refund Policy: Brastalia Ranch holds the right to not accept any faulty or damaged product caused by miss use of the end user. In the case where a consumer changes their mind on a certain product, or colour variation an IN-STORE CREDIT will be applied for the same initial value. 

Warranty Policy: All items sold by Brastalia Ranch come with a guarantee that it will serve and perform its purpose, providing the item is being correctly used by the consumer. If a product is faulty or is not operating how it should, please get in contact with us to further discuss and asses the item. Brastalia Ranch holds the right to not accept any faulty or damaged product caused by the consumer.

Saddle Warranty Period: All Brastalia Ranch Saddles come with a guarantee that it will perform and serve its purpose. If any parts of the saddle are damaged due to a malfunction of its components or fault in design, please get in contact with us to further asses the item. Wear and Tear due to normal use of the saddle is not a responsibility of Brastalia Ranch. Adequate maintenance of the saddle is recommended to ensure longevity of the saddle and is at responsibility of the consumer.
